  • Do everything in our power to rectify any issues or problems
  • Fully investigate any complaints and provide a detailed and comprehensive response

As part of our commitment to provide excellent customer service we strive to ensure:

  • Calls are answered within four rings during our opening hours of 8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday
  • All customer queries are resolved within one working day
  • We respond to emails within four hours and social media enquiries are answered within one hour, during office hours.
